Thank you for choosing Sugar Times. All of our products are freshly baked to order.

 

1. Order Processing Time

All items are made to order.

Please allow the stated preparation time shown on each product page before collection or delivery. Preparation times may vary depending on product type and order volume.

During busy periods (e.g. holidays), preparation times may be extended.

 

2. Collection

Customers may collect orders at the agreed date and time.

It is the customer’s responsibility to:

  • Arrive at the agreed collection time
  • Transport products carefully
  • Follow storage instructions provided

Once an order has been collected, responsibility transfers to the customer.

Sugar Times is not responsible for damage occurring after collection.

 

3. Local Delivery

We offer local delivery within 20 miles.

Delivery fees are calculated at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to:

  • Traffic
  • Weather conditions
  • Unforeseen delays

Someone must be available to receive the order at the agreed delivery time.

If no one is available:

  • The order may be returned
  • A redelivery fee may apply
  • Refunds will not be issued for missed deliveries


4. Delivery Responsibility

Once the order has been delivered to the provided address and accepted, responsibility transfers to the customer.

Sugar Times is not responsible for:

  • Damage after delivery
  • Incorrect delivery details provided by the customer
  • Products left unattended at the customer’s request

If you request that an order be left in a safe place, this is done at your own risk.


 

 

5. Nationwide Shipping

 

If shipping via courier:

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we only ship selected items suitable for transit (e.g. cookies, brownies).

Shipping times are estimates and are subject to courier performance.

Sugar Times is not responsible for courier delays outside of our control.

We are not liable for minor movement or cosmetic changes during transit.


 

 

6. Storage Upon Receipt

Customers must store products according to the storage instructions provided.

 

We are not responsible for deterioration caused by improper storage.


 

 

7. Incorrect Address

 

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the delivery address is correct.

We are not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect details provided at checkout.
