At Sugar Times, we believe cake should taste as good as it looks—if not better. While many cakes look pretty but fall flat in flavour, ours are made using premium ingredients, original recipes, and a passion for baking that prioritizes moist, flavour-rich sponges with a luxurious finish.

 

🧁 Do you make custom birthday cakes?

Absolutely! All our cakes are handmade to order and fully customizable. Whether you’re after a modern minimalist design, elegant florals, or something playful and themed, we’ll bring your vision to life with both flavour and flair.

 

📍 Where are you based? Do you have a physical shop?

We’re an online-based cake business operating from a certified home kitchen in Old Leake, UK. We don’t have a storefront, but we make it easy to order online and connect directly with us for a personal experience.

 

 

📦 Do you offer delivery?

Delivery options depend on your location and the nature of your order. We offer local delivery and collection for most custom cakes. For safety and freshness, we currently do not offer postal delivery on whole cakes. Details will be provided during checkout or consultation.

 

⏱️ How much notice do I need to give?

We recommend booking your cake at least 7–10 days in advance. For last-minute orders, we’ll always do our best to accommodate—just get in touch to check availability.

 

💷 How much do your cakes cost?

Prices vary depending on size, design complexity, and flavour. Our cakes are quoted individually to reflect the craftsmanship involved. We’re happy to provide a no-obligation quote once we know what you’re looking for!

 

 

🌱 Do you offer vegan or gluten-free cakes?

Not at the moment, but we’re actively developing delicious recipes to meet those needs. We believe alternative cakes should taste just as amazing as our signature range, and we’re taking the time to get them right. Stay tuned—they’re coming soon!

 

 

📝 How do I place an order?

You can place an order through our website or by contacting us directly via our contact page, Facebook and Instagram. Once we confirm your requirements, we’ll send you a quote and finalise your booking.

Yes! Visit our Gallery Page, Instagram and Facebook page to browse past cake designs and customer favourites. We also post behind-the-scenes and flavour features regularly.

 

🧾 Do I need to pay a deposit?

Yes, a deposit is required to secure your order and booking slot. The remaining balance is usually due on collection or delivery.
